Meet The Founder
The Arch developed from my desire to answer one question: how do we understand ourselves when we are constantly changing?
I am interested in how people move through situations they do not always fully recognise while inside them. Attention, uncertainty, pressure, possibility, connection. These experiences often unfold before we have the time or clarity to interpret them in real time.
The Arch was created to make these patterns more familiar in advance; to give us a language for recognising the ways we move through a moment, and the possibilities available to us within it.
Ultimately, it is a practice of rehearsing selfhood; becoming familiar with the different ways we might respond before the moment arrives.

About The Arch System
Archetypes
The archetypes are modes of response. Different conditions make different parts of the self available. The system invites you to notice which archetype you instinctively move toward, and which ones you resist.
Principles
Principles shape how an archetype responds under pressure. They are constraints that alter what becomes possible within a situation.
Scenarios
Scenarios provide the tension to which the archetypes and principles are applied. You may reflect on a scenario as something current, remembered, imagined, or anticipated.
